It just down to good, old fashioned "common sense". Homes that are neat, show well and are a good value sell quickly and for top dollar in any market, including this one. So what's the problem? The problem is about 90% of all homes currently for sale are missing at least one if not all of these simple ingredients. Preparing your home to sell takes a lot more than just selecting a price and putting a sign in the yard. It just doesn't work that way anymore. Today's buyers are picky, but they'll pay top dollar for a good value.
